Our culture at Jackson Lees is special. We make a positive difference each and every day to the clients we represent and within our local communities, but it’s equally important that we make a positive difference to our people. That’s why our values are simple. Our core value of ‘Making a Positive Difference’ is not just words. From our work for the Hillsborough families and on social justice, to our passion for good customer service throughout the organization and through every service we offer, we live out what we believe. We keep our people updated about what is going on in the business, but most importantly, we listen. We asked our people in a recent employee engagement survey, whether they believe that we as a business make a positive difference? We were delighted that the answer was a resounding YES, with 95% of the business strongly agreeing with that statement.

As a business, we believe in a holistic and wholesome approach. We believe that a happy and healthy workforce is a productive one, and when our people feel supported and engaged, and are champions for our culture, the service they give to our clients is naturally enhanced as a result.
